The lush green meadows from which we get our hay lie at a height of 1,800 meters at the foot of the mountain Gsell in the beautiful Dolomites in Sexten - far away from any civilisation and protected from polluting exhaust gases. The herbs growing in this unique nature park are 100 percent unsprayed and untreated. Therefore, just the best herbs can be found in our products. Once the grass is cut and dried, it is brought to a barn in the valley where only biological hay of the meadows of the mountain Gsell is stored. The hay remains there until it is used.
